After Gyeongbokgung palace, we decided to go to Hongdae and spend the rest of the afternoon and night there. Hongdae seriously did not disappoint.

Despite being leafless, I still find the trees in Seoul charming.

It was a saturday and the streets of Hongdae were packed.

Seriously love all the concepts of the shops here in Hongdae!

Hongdae seriously comes alive at night. Another reason why i love Hongdae is because of the talented singers, dancers and etc. who showcase their talents during the night. Too bad I didn’t get to take a photo of Hongdae during the night sobs because we were busy finding the flagship store of STYLENANDA in Hongdae and our feet were killing us lol.

So after Hongdae, we decided to go back to our hotel to rest so we can have the enough energy for tomorrow!

After eating breakfast, we went to the hotel’s balcony and saw this stunning view of Seoul in the morning. It was freezing but the view was worth it!

So on our third day in Seoul, we decided to make the most out of our trip by deciding to follow our own plans for the day alone. I was scared at first at the thought of exploring Seoul all by myself but I decided to gather up all the courage I had in me and go to Garosu-gil, Gangnam.

When I arrived in Garosu-gil, I was super thankful that I manage to go to this place without getting lost. I mentally patted myself in the back for deciding to go despite being scared.

Garosu-gil is filled with really cool and unique shops. Definitely, a must visit when you go to Seoul!

Also, can you see how glorious natural lighting in Seoul is? It makes everything look extra pretty.

If you ever go to Seoul and see Aland, you should definitely pay a visit! It’s filled with so many good brands. I doubt you’ll actually leave the store empty handed.

I also managed to find a JAJU shop here in Garosu-gil. In the future when I go back here in Seoul, I’ll definitely come back here in Garosu-gil and spend an entire day here!

Wishing to go back to Seoul during fall/spring season!

After Garosu-gil, I initially planned on going to N Seoul Tower alone but my feet were seriously killing me so I decided to go back to the hotel first. I didn’t push through with my plan on going to N Seoul Tower though. Me and Jewel decided to just go to Dongdaemun since it’s much closer and she knows the way.

Upon arriving at Dongdaemun History and Culture Park station, DDP had greeted us.
